I'm all about creating things, from comics to video games -- only when I'm creating do I feel like myself. I made this website in September 2016. But it all started on Christmas in 2012 when my first daughter was born. It changed everything. The biggest joy came with the realization of being responsible for another human being, which put me in constant self-doubt, anxiety, and panic. I struggled to balance motherhood and work, which I found was a battle that's doomed to fail. In the process of making all the difficult decisions and seeking a peace of mind, I've been learning, changing and growing every day, together with my children. I'm an introvert who rarely inserts herself into conversations, but if you give me a pen, I will draw anything that comes to my mind. After almost 4 years of being occupied with children, working, and thinking, the urge to create an outlet pushed me to document my life. I want to make things that tell the truth. I want to make things that are close to my heart. I want to make things that after they are grown, my children will read and laugh, and they will understand who I am. I want to share my stories to connect with people. My family is my primary source of inspiration. If this will benefit them in any way in the future, it will be a dream come true. For everyone who enjoys my work, I’m happy that we share the feelings and a dry sense of humor. Weng Chen

A symptom of anxiety. I found when I think too much and do too little, I ended up with this agonizing situation. The problem is that my time is very very limited and my mind often wanders limitlessly, I can think about all the possibilities and not being able to set my fingers on any of them, and it causes stress, anxiety and low self-esteem.

This is going to be the title of my facebook page and other pages of my comics. I can’t decide which one is the most memorable and clear title, that also makes sense to English readers.

Messycow is my first World of Warcraft character ( a toren, you must’ve guessed). I made a comic about her stories and it was very popular in China and the US among the WOW players. You might enjoy reading it ( http://messycow.com) because it’s fun. Anyway, Please tell me which one is the best name, many thanks!messycowhead

Watching the live show of the election, the final result will come out soon. No matter what will happen, half of the American people will be very sad tonight( and for a while maybe). But remember, we have way more in common with people in our lives than with our candidate disregarding our political views, don’t let this turn us against each other. United we stand, divided we fall.
